At Interactive Training Solutions, we strive to meet your needs through individualized training, team building, and coaching program design, by building customized solutions centered on your needs, objectives, goals, and desired outcomes. To accomplish this, we employ a comprehensive process to exceed your expectations, with an explicit attention to detail and complete confidentiality.

The following is the process by which we work with our clients to create effective, engaging and lasting professional development.

Contact

Upon first contact with you, whether by phone, e-mail, videoconference, or in person, Interactive will begin the process of learning more about you and your organization, and the issues and challenges the program will address. From this conversation, we will ascertain and confirm contact information, conduct a preliminary client assessment, and set up an in-depth client assessment meeting either in-person, via phone call, or virtually.

Assessment

After first contact, a representative from Interactive will meet, either in-person, by phone or virtually with you and conduct a comprehensive client assessment to fully understand the needs, objectives, goals, and desired outcomes for the program. At this meeting, we will set all program logistics including: dates, times, amount of participants, personnel needed, room set-ups, and virtual or off-site locations for the program (if needed). Additionally, this meeting gives you the opportunity to find out more about how Interactive's methodology and approach to professional development can work for you and your team. Our assessment meeting is free-of-charge and included in every program.

Agreement

From the client assessment, Interactive will produce and deliver an in-depth agreement speaking to the details discovered during the assessment meeting. Furthermore, the agreement will outline the needs, goals, objectives, and desired outcomes for the program, along with scope and pricing options.

Acceptance

Upon your acceptance of the agreement, Interactive will move forward in securing all dates, times, personnel, and virtual or off-site locations for the program (if needed). Moreover, we will begin to build a customized training, team building or coaching plan for the program.

Final Details

To further customize the program, or to adjust to any last minute changes, Interactive will meet, either in-person, via phone call or virtually, with you to address all details for the program, and confirm all dates, times, amount of participants, personnel needed, room set-ups, and virtual or off-site locations (if needed). From this meeting, we will finalize the customized training, team building, or coaching plan for the program. The final details meeting is included in the price of the program.

Day of Program

On the day of the program (or first day of the program), Interactive will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the program to assure that all personnel and materials are in place and ready to begin the program at your specified start time. Furthermore, we will meet with you to adjust to any day-of-program changes or details within the scope of work.
