The Interactive Methodology
How we transform people.
What we do.
At Interactive, we design and deliver training, team building and coaching programs utilizing our proprietary and highly successful methodology. Our engaging, impactful and effective approach is comprised of three unique and distinctive pieces.
Applied Learning
Learning by Doing
From the moment we begin working with you and your people, until the second the program concludes, whether it’s in-person or virtual, people will be “on their feet”, doing and engaging. Every exercise, activity, concept and skill will be delivered, where you and your people will get to practice, demonstrate and apply each and every learning outcome.
Experiential Learning
Learning through Sharing
People do not learn in silos, whether individually, in teams, or organization-wide. Our programs leverage the knowledge, perspective, experience, creativity and voice of each and every person “in the room.” From senior leaders and C-suites, to entry level and new hires, we create an environment built on sharing, listening and understanding, where every voice is valued.
Improv Comedy
Learning while having Fun
We utilize improv comedy with its communication, listening and collaboration concepts to further enhance the learning experience. Our facilitators and coaches are all expert improvisers with solid business backgrounds, ready to bring the fun, while bringing some serious learning. We call this, “Edutainment.”
In our programs you and your people will be laughing, engaging and enjoying themselves, all while learning new skills and concepts. And not to worry, no one needs to be an actor or comedian, all that is required is that everyone is ready to have a great time!
